I value change and see opportunity in how our society and institutions are radically changing. I'm experienced with highly technical web development tools and methodologies; adept at organizing and managing complex projects; and have a track record of motivating and guiding high performance teams focused on digital communications and interactive media. These skills can be adapted readily to support your organization.
Leadership is about coping with change. This is manifested by setting direction, developing strategy or vision and motivating team members so they not only understand that vision, but are committed to its achievement. It's also about being able and willing to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary to make it happen.
Management is about confronting complexity. This requires effective planning, organizing structure, allocating resources and solving problems. These are the hallmarks of project management, and the tenets for how I operate.
